SP Designs Ltd. is a woman-owned firm formed in 2019 by Shannon Baumgartner, Senior Architectural Designer. The Colorado-based company provides design expertise to clientele seeking plans for interior design improvements, remodel existing buildings for improved functionality and aesthetics, and new buildings for residential and commercial projects. Paying careful attention to the client’s culture, beliefs, physical requirements and budget, SP Designs employs consultation, drafting, periodic reviews, material selection, and cross-coordination with various contractors and trades throughout the project to ensure a comprehensive design solution.
